The Scoop sat down for a few words with Michael Ellis, the chef at the brand new Penthouse Club & Steakhouse, which just had its grand opening last night. Yes, there were bared breasts, and at one point a lady shimmied up and then slid down the two-story stripper pole, but Ellis remains pretty ambitious with the food side of things. “I want to get a Michelin star, and it’s going to be a challenge, a big challenge.” We can just see tweets from the inspectors now … especially when they get offered a trip back to the lap-dance room.
